Founder.
John is the founder of Real Aussie Sheds. He keeps the machine working smoothly and profitably. Since 2001, he has been the mastermind and driving force behind our company and growing it into what it is today. He has cultivated a fantastic office atmosphere where professionalism meets genuine care with a good dose of fun. When he's not busy at the office burning the midnight oil, you'll likely find him out on an adventure – whether he's casting a line for a big catch, soaring through the skies, or hitting the open road on his bike.

Spring because it brings new life and passion.

Yes, I am a Yo-yo Champion!

What is her role/ position at
Real Aussie Sheds?
Admin Executive/ Social Media/ Web
Sandy is also one of the longest serving staff members having been with Real Aussie since 2016. Initially stepping in to cover a colleague's leave, Sandy's journey evolved as she pursued her Cert IV in Business Administration through a traineeship. In her role, Sandy manages a diverse array of responsibilities, from handling office duties to engaging with our social media platforms and maintaining our website. Throughout her time with Real Aussie, Sandy has embraced the joys and demands of motherhood, raising three children, while also handling her responsibilities in the office. A testament to her remarkable organizational skills and unwavering work ethic. Her commitment to both her family and her professional role exemplifies her exceptional dedication and versatility.

Personal Assistant (Gatekeeper of the Boss)
Taylah is the backbone of our office, proficiently managing administrative tasks and maintaining the operational efficiency of our workplace. Her dedication to maintaining a well-organized and functional environment fosters a culture of productivity and professionalism throughout our organization. With a proactive mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills, Taylah is a cornerstone of our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. In her role, Taylah is entrusted with the crucial task of managing schedules, appointments, and commitments for our Managing Director, optimizing his time and productivity. Beyond the office, you may find Taylah discovering new wine varietals while exploring stunning vineyards and perfecting her swing on the golf course.

Operations/Sales Manager
Greg brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Operations Manager, making him an integral part of our team for the past couple of years. With a keen eye for detail and efficiency, he oversees the daily operations, scheduling, and ordering of components, ensuring that projects progress in a timely manner. His dedication to optimizing processes and his strategic approach to problem-solving make him an invaluable asset to our company.

Accounts/Office Manager
Tyson is one of the longest serving staff members at Real Aussie with 13 years of wisdom and experience in the bank (he happens to be a numbers guy who we know also appreciates a good pun). Over the last few years he has stepped up to take on the role of Office Manager, helping to ensure that things run smoothly and contribute to the excellent workplace culture. He is always the one to organise takeaway for the odd Friday lunch. He also happens to be the person the staff calls on for any IT issues. Just make sure you’ve tried turning it on and off again first.

What is his role/position at Real Aussie Sheds?
Project Manager/Site Manager
Dave has been an essential member of our team for the past few years. He successfully leads projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. His ability to manage our teams and handle unexpected challenges, combined with his great sense of humor and positive attitude, make him a valuable asset to our company. He is also quite skilled with his photography showing off our projects in the best way. When he is not in the office or on-site, you'll likely find him on the golf course.

What is her role/ position at Real Aussie Sheds? Building Designer
Mahsa is one of the newest members of our team, bringing with her a strong background in architecture and drafting. She’s driven by a passion for design, building, and creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional. Always dedicated to learning and evolving in her craft, Mahsa brings fresh ideas and a keen eye for detail to every project she takes on. Her enthusiasm for construction and design makes her a perfect fit for our team, and we’re excited to see the designs she’ll help bring to life. Outside the office, Mahsa channels her creativity into baking — crafting beautifully elaborate cakes that are as impressive as her design work.
What is your dream shed and how would you use it?
A custom, modern-design shed located on a beautiful, big, lush hill with a sea view.

I make custom cakes and cupcakes.
